Your Healing Guide

Recenter Therapeutic Massage is more than a massage practice, it's a sanctuary for your nervous system, a soft landing place for your mind and body, and the heartfelt expression of my life’s purpose.

I'm Courtney Greth, a licensed massage therapist, energy worker, and end-of-life doula. I created Recenter to be the kind of space I longed for during my own healing journey, a space where you can feel seen, supported, and safe to soften.

Through ashiatsu, intuitive energy work, deep restorative massage, and now the slow, potent rhythms of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, my intention is simple: to help you come home to yourself.

Why I Do This Work

I’ve always been drawn to the unseen, the quiet moments, the subtle shifts, the energy we carry in our bodies. I believe healing happens in those in-between spaces. When we pause. When we listen. When we finally feel safe enough to let go.

But it took me a long time to arrive here.

As a highly sensitive person (HSP) and empath, I spent many years overwhelmed, by expectations, by emotions, by the pressure to “hold it together.” I thought my sensitivity was something to fix, something to hide. But when I discovered the language of being an HSP in my mid-twenties, everything started to shift.

With the help of trusted teachers, therapy, spiritual study, and lifestyle changes, I began to unlearn shame and rewrite my story. I started to see that my sensitivity wasn’t a flaw, it was a gift. One that allows me to meet others with compassion, presence, and radical softness.

That’s what Recenter is: a space where sensitivity is honored, nervous systems are supported, and deep healing can unfold in its own time.

What It Feels Like to Work with Me

When you walk into my Alamo Placita office in Denver, you’re not just booking a massage. You’re entering an intentional space, one that invites stillness, curiosity, and connection.

Sessions here are rooted in consent, intuition, and deep listening. Whether you’re seeking physical relief, energetic balance, or simply a place to breathe deeply for the first time in months, I meet you exactly where you are.

Clients often tell me that something shifts when they’re on my table. Not just in their bodies, but in their hearts, in their awareness, in the way they relate to themselves.

That’s the work I love most, supporting people through the subtle, powerful process of returning to themselves.

The Path That Led Me Here

Originally from Saugerties, NY, I began my professional journey as a certified athletic trainer in Springfield, MA in 2016. During my undergraduate time at Springfield College, I worked with high school and collegiate athletes. The part I enjoyed the most was when I did manual therapy techniques to support the healing process of their injuries. My curiosity led me west, to Colorado, where I became a licensed massage therapist and reiki practitioner in 2017.

Since then, my practice has evolved organically, expanding through advanced ashiatsu courses, birth doula training, volunteer hospice work, and now graduate-level study in energy work modalities like biodynamic craniosacral therapy and polarity therapy (in training through 2027).

Every new path I’ve followed has taught me more about the body’s capacity to heal, the power of presence, and the sacredness of being human.

What Lights Me Up
  • Supporting people in their healing with non-judgmental touch

  • Exploring the emotional body through energy and movement

  • Sitting with people in moments of transition, birth, death, grief, renewal

  • Connecting with the unseen, the breath, the subtle body, the quiet moments that shift everything

And when I’m not working, I’m usually somewhere outside or curled up with friends and laughter. I love traveling, paddleboarding, hosting game nights, journaling, practicing yoga, skiing, embroidering, and experiencing live music. (Also: deep conversations, hot tea, and noticing the sky.)

Let’s Recenter, Together

Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, big life changes, or simply longing to feel more at ease in your body, Recenter is here for you.

Come as you are. All parts of you are welcome. Let’s explore what healing looks like, together.

With softness,

Courtney Greth, LMT
